                                 Keep Exercising

In this world of growing technology where a touch of button is enough to complete the work that requires great degree of physical labour,physical exercise has become all  the more important. As per recommended by professionals, a minimum of thirty minutes of physical activity is must for every body High blood pressure, cardiac arrest , stress, depression, diabetes, obesity etc. which earlier used to be medical terms, have now become wanted to even a child’s tongue.Not only old people or working professionals, but now children at their tender age are seen to be diagnosed with such problems. According to a recent world health organisation (WHO) study, about 350 million people are suffering from depression and 600 million people are obese. Similar gloomy figures exist for other health problems too.

Human body needs to be maintained. Any negligence in this regard can be devastating. Regular physical exercise is the best way to keep mind and  body healthy. Setting up goals can help a great deal in keeping person motivated and regular with exercise.Different  people enjoy different physical activities.They differ in their choices and preferences.

One should look for that physical activity that he or she is most likely to stick to, will enjoy and are meaningful. Some like mixing it up as variety helps break monotony. Most important, one should exercise as much as their body permits. If you are a beginner, exercising for long can be hard. You should start slow. Devoting  a few minutes of your daily routine to exercise and then  gradually increasing your time and the intensity of exercises helps you build your stamina. Also, checking  with your doctor before you start with your exercise schedule is advisable. Regular physical activity over long periods of time can have long lasting health benefits.It helps you stay  independent as you age and prevents the attack of diseases. Certain health problems like spinal disc, cervical spine etc. can be effectively cured through physical exercise. Exercising also helps improve the functioning of our brain and sharpens our memory.Physical exercise should be accompanied by a healthy diet to stay fit
